 'Wanted™ - Art Detectives to solve mysteries of new exhibition. The latest exhibition in the Lamb Gallery at the University of Dundee requires members of the public to turn detective to uncover the identities of the artists.
`Wanted™ features some mystery artworks from the Duncan of Jordanstone College Collection.
Since moving to its current home on the Perth Road in the 1950s, the Art College has collected examples of student's artwork, mostly drawings and paintings. Many of these were unsigned and are now unidentified.
Since 1997 the collection has been cared for by the University of Dundee Museum Services, who are now seeking to identify as many of these un-named pieces as possible.
`Wanted™ includes drawings, paintings, photographs, prints, sculpture, silver and textiles, mostly dating from the 1950s to the 1980s.
The show has been curated by Julie Brown, a postgraduate student on the
University of St Andrews™ Museum & Gallery Studies programme.

`Wanted™ is at the Lamb Gallery, Tower Building until March 1st. Opening hours: Mon-Fri 09.30-20.30, Sat 09.30-16.30.
